Support Packs.
You can now purchase a Prepaid Support Pack. These packs do not expire and there are no sudden costs involved. The packs do not include any 3rd Party Charges or hardware purchased. They are used against any labour time incured whilst attending to your technology concerns. They cover you for on-site or phone support calls. Support Packs are configured in the following ways:
  • 4 Hours:
  • 10 Hours: This pack also comes with an extra 30 minutes free.
  • 20 Hours: This pack also comes with an extra 60 minutes free.
As we service both Residential and Corporate Networks, the cost of the packs vary, depending on the required support. Call us for more information.

Travel Charges Travel is only charged if you are outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area or toll charges must be paid. Currently this is a flat fee of $10.00.

On-Site Call Out Charges. A separate Call Out charge is only applied if On-Site visits are required after 9pm. The charge will not be applied if a support engineer is already on-site and performing repairs before 9pm.
